I recently purchased the Grid650 white mechanical keyboard and have been extremely impressed with its performance. Instantly, I was struck by the the sleek and modern design that the Grid650 reps. It really shows off the different styles that are allowed due to the extreme customization that is built into the keyboard. The e-white color is very striking and makes the keyboard stand out on any desk that it sits on. Overall, the build quality is top-notch and the keyboard feels very solid and well-constructed. Dimensions are at the bottom!

One thing that I did notice about the Grid650 is that it can be a bit stiff to type on. This may be due to the Durock POM switches, as the springs that are being used in this are actually quite light, which might just be a personal issue. With the thick 5mm plate, there should be no expectation of any flex whatsoever. However, I have found that the stiffness actually helps with my typing accuracy and I have noticed an improvement in my typing speed since using this keyboard. As for the mounting, it is quite confusing, especially without all the right directions. Even so, it isn't the most intuitive style, and the customization can be quite misleading with little results to show. Again, this could have been a purely anecdotal thing as I see other reviews glowing with praise regarding this board. If I got the chance, I would try this board with some other plates, particularly ones that are a bit thinner than 5mm.
In terms of features, the Grid650 has everything you could want in a mechanical keyboard. It also has adjustable backlighting and several different lighting effects that you can customize to your liking. You can choose from a variety of different colors and effects to suit your mood or style, which is something that isn't really shown on many of the newer mechanical keyboards that are out on the market. The most important part of this keyboard is the customization as mentioned earlier. Because this is part of Grid's customizable lineup, they have numerous different headers that you can put on the board. For the board that I personally have, it is a pink peaked header that has a really nice 3D texture. From the pictures it isn't that easy to detect, but they have done a really nice job machining all the parts. It's a nice touch that adds some personality to the keyboard.
Lastly, and arguably one of the biggest selling points for many, is the ability to have Bluetooth for this board. While I could go on for ages about the importance of Bluetooth, it really speaks for itself when there is a fully aluminum, hefty keyboard, which has the ability to flip a switch and connect with the computer that you are using. While it isn't the best Bluetooth technology that I have used, it is definitely useable, and its a really really fun feature that I wish other boards had.
Overall, I am extremely happy with my purchase of the Grid650 white mechanical keyboard. It has a great design, top-quality build, and the Durock POM switches provide a nice typing experience. The different levels of customization also makes for a really fun daily driver. There is so much to do with this board, and this review is only covering the basics. I would highly recommend this keyboard to anyone in the market for a high-quality mechanical keyboard.
